THE XLR8 PROGRAM IS OUR AGE GROUP FLAGSHIP - YOU CAN HAVE YOUR PROFILE ON THE SNZ WEBSITE!!!

The XLR8 program is strongly recommended by the SNZ Performance & Pathway team for all AGE GROUP SWIMMERS.  The program is designed to assist swimmers and their programs to develop a broad range of skills and distances, ensuring each swimmer will be prepared for the next stage of their swimming career.  The XLR8 program recognizes versatility and all-round ability, rewarding correct application of the processes necessary for long term athlete development
